OUR MISSION: Founded to connect, educate, innovate and inspire a pipeline of talent of women and underrepresented minorities in STEMM to forge a path towards a digital frontier where their transformative contributions reshape the landscape of AI and healthcare for all. We partner with academia, industry, and policy makers to break barriers in healthcare amplifying the potential of underrepresented communities to innovate fearlessly, advancing equity and spurring progress in healthcare for a universally healthier future.

WHY TO CHOOSE US

This program will expose underrepresented, highly motivated prospective physicians to laboratory experience, medical mentorship, and community through a pipeline of physician-scientist-oriented work. This exposure will supply underrepresented students the resources they lack in their own communities, allowing them to be successful in a highly competitive field.

ADVANCING STUDENTS INTO HEALTHCARE

There is a broad awareness of the shortage of physician-scientists nationally and the lack of racial diversity in the physician-scientist workforce. The consequences of this shortage impact include translational scientific innovation, health policy, and leadership. The trust afforded to physicians and scientists by diverse patient populations is additionally negatively effected.
